Adding Fermenters Is Tricky Business [Video]

In December of 2011, Goose Island Brewing added 4 new 400 barrel fermenters to the Fulton Street location.  Thats an increased capacity of 1600 barrels or 49,600 gallons of beer.

Goose Island Lolita Ships

Goose Island’s latest release, their Belgian Style Pale Ale, Lolita, ships today.  Lolita is fermented with wild yeast and aged in wine barrels with raspberries giving it a pink color.

Goose Island Scarlett

Goose Island Scarlett.  This Belgian inspired ale debuted in June, 2011. This saison ale is aged in wine barrels with brett yeast.  Another round of this beer will appear this year.
