In December of 2011, Goose Island Brewing added 4 new 400 barrel fermenters to the Fulton Street location. Thats an increased capacity of 1600 barrels or 49,600 gallons of beer.

Goose Island is debuting the Fulton and Wood Series soon – a series of draft only beers in Chicago. The first up – Old Town Helles Lager.
Goose Island’s latest release, their Belgian Style Pale Ale, Lolita, ships today. Lolita is fermented with wild yeast and aged in wine barrels with raspberries giving it a pink color.
