Catawba Valley Brewing will be opening a “boutique” brewery in Asheville, North Carolina. The idea is to build a 7 barrel facility (that’s 210 gallons each batch) to better meet the demand by Asheville. I’m told no location has been decided.
In other Asheville related news, Craggie Brewing will close its doors on 12/1.
