Ruination IPA was first brewed in June 1992. So named because it had a “ruinous” effect on your palette due to all the hops. Great if you are a big hop head. Ruination is brewed year round in 22oz bombers and fairly pricey (but worth it) 12oz/6 pks.
Regular Ruination Ingredients –
Hops – Columbus & Centennial
Malts – ???
A cask of this beast of an IPA is tapping this week. On Wednesday April 21st Taco Mac Metropolis will debut Ruination IPA – dry hopped with both Simcoe and Centennial. If you love hops, you’ll really enjoy this one.
