So “rita” beers are now officially a thing. Budweiser created Lime-A-Rita over a year ago, and has seen a massive success. (500,000 barrels in the first 8 months. )
That prompted the Anheuser-Busch to create Straw-Ber-Rita, a second offering. The lineup is growing, with the planned editions of Cran-Ber-Rita, Raz-Ber-Rita and now Mang-o-Rita. This offering uses artificial mango flavor with margarita flavor, and Bud Light Lime as a base.
Expect more expansions to the “Rita” lineup in the future.
