Bronx Brewery was the first brewery to open it’s doors in the area in over 50 years, debuting Bronx Pale Ale on September 8th, 2011. Those fans of the new brewery has some barrel aged offerings to start looking forward to. Bronx has taken their signature pale ale, and aged it it bourbon barrels. Not many pale ales fine time in bourbon.
This deep amber American pale ale is brewed with 5 different barley malts, generous additions of Cascade and Centennial hops, and a unique strain of yeast. It is dry-hopped, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Finally, it is aged in an American Oak Bourbon barrel to impart notes of Bourbon, oak and faint vanilla.
