CevercerÃa de MateVeza recently created Girl Scout Cookies-inspired beers. The brewery made 5 different flavors of beers inspired by the cookies – none of which have the actually cookies in them. The beer list includes:
- Salted Chocolate Stout w/ Peanut Butter (Peanut Patties)
- Belgian Dubbel w/ Cocoa Nibs & Coconut (Samoas)
- Peanut Butter Cream Ale (Do-si-dos)
- Peppermint Porter (Thin Mints)
- Shortbread Golden Ale (Trefoils)

Thanks for the tip! I stopped by there after work and tried the Salted Chocolate Stout and the Peppermint Porter (they were unfortunately already out of the Belgian Dubbel w/ Cocoa & Coconut) and they were both delicious! Not necessarily flavors that I would think to try out on their own, but when you think of them as cookies, they tasted delicious!
Ha, only in SF would they try and jump on the ganj bandwaggon…right now, the hottest weed in the shops is: The Girl Scout Cookies…along the lines of Laden, but not all-that…jeesh
