I had a pint of this at the Issaquah Brewhouse, Washington. It’s quite good and they aren’t shy about the spice level. Cool to see it’s coming to bottles.
Sriracha is a Thai sauce, by the way 🙂
So I assume that they licensed the use of the rooster logo from Huy Fong Foods?
No its Vietnamese, a little research on the web would have disclosed it. Especially with a name like Huy Fong! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huy_Fong_Foods
The founder of Huy Fong is Vietnamese. Sriracha itself, however, is a Thai sauce. A little research on the web would have disclosed it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sriracha_sauce
