A very well known American porter is brewed by Wasatch in Salt Lake City, Utah. Brewery founder Greg Schirf came up with the name in 2001, and shortly after the beer hit the market and has been a Utah staple ever since.
Soon, the brewery will make a move toward the nitrogen side of life, with Polgamy Nitro Porter bottles. Left Hand Brewing in nearby Longmont, Colorado was the first craft brewery to debut nitro bottles (in the spirit of Guinness) back in 2011.
Why have just one? Polygamy Porter is a smooth, chocolatey, easy-drinkin’ brown porter that’s more than a little naughty. Take some home to the wives!
Look for an official Wasatch Polgamy Nitro Porter bottles announcement in the future.
