Terrapin Dos Cocoas Voted Back in 2013
The results are in. The people have spoken. Terrapin’s Dos Cocoas has been voted back into production for 2013. Dos Cocoas made debut as Side Project #4 in 2009. Dos is a porter brewed with two different kinds of cocoa. Cocoa powder in the brewing process (whirlpool) and then a month resting on cocoa nibs.
There was some ballot box stuffing that was apparently pushing Indiana Krunkles in the lead. The brewery knew was was up, and made sure the right candidate won. No mention of the 2013 release date.

Ipswich Ale Brewery (Ipswich, MA) has released a new offering – Rye Porter. For this release, Ipswich took a classic porter and added copious amounts of rye.
The spiciness of rye introduces our smooth new twist on a classic porter. Lush with dark chocolate aroma, Ipswich Rye Porter is a lively seasonal treat.

Victory Founders Taste Test Red Thunder [Video]
Victory Brewing Company (Downingtown, PA) will release Red Thunder in November, 2012. Thunder is the brewery’s Baltic Thunder aged in red wine barrels. Victory has quite a few barrels for they have been using to aged this brew, so there will be more for the public. Red Thunder arrives on November 21, 2012.
