Mikkeller Yeast Series 2.0: American Style
Mikkeller is rebooting the yeast series again, using an identical pale ale base, and different yeasts. It’s a lot like the single hop series, using the same base IPA recipe and 19 different hops.
About American Style:
Presumably like it’s predecessor American Style – it’s an American ale yeast. Lends the beer crisp, clean flavors, with low fruitiness. Often used has “house” yeast strains.

The infamous other side to beer. A cold fermented yeast. Pale lager is the most widely consumed style on the planet. Unlike ale yeasts, lager yeasts ferment on the bottom.

Mikkeller is rebooting the yeast series again, using an identical pale ale base, and different yeasts. It’s a lot like the single hop series, using the same base IPA recipe and 19 different hops.
About Brettanomyces Lambicus:
The yeast strain is pungent and strong. Known to give the beer “horse blanket” flavors, spice, and some smokey flavor. Used in lambic style beers.
