Half Acre Brewing (Chicago, IL) is ready to release another round of Big Hugs Imperial Stout. . This year marks the fifth release of the popular, coffee impregnated stout. The coffee, just like the brewing itself its local to Chicago, from Dark Matter Coffee.

You’ve seen Big Hugs appear as a land scorching demon. You’ve seen him as the prancing pansy. He’s taken on cities, castles, yule tide glee and a mechanized version of himself. It’s this year that Hugs finds his way into history and sits down with Earth’s one-time leader. The apex predators of yesterday always make room for an incredible new force.

Look for bombers and growlers to be released on December 15th. Dark Matter coffee will be available also.

Terrapin Cinnamon Roll’d Wake n Bake is rolling out once again. The most popular release in the brewery’s Special Reserve series starts shipping to distributors this week.

Terrapin Wake n’ Bake is one of the brewery’s most popular seasonals as well, so it comes as no surprise that a cinnamon spin on the annual favorite is just as popular. Unfortunately, just a little more rare.
