Terrapin Tiramisu-Hoo Joins Special Reserve Series

Terrapin Tiramisu-Hoo has joined the brewery’s Special Reserve Series.

This edition is based off of Terrapin’s Moo-Hoo Milk Stout, brewed at a higher alcohol by volume, with cocoa nibs, coffee, and vanilla. The nibs come from Nashville, Tennessee’s Olive & Sinclair. (Note, the brewery tells Beer Street Journal they are still finalizing the final recipe.)

Soak up all the flavor in our newest reserve series beer, “Tiramisu-Hoo” Imperial Milk Stout. With all the attributes of a finely executed dessert, we have managed to create a beer  that is layered with all the goodness you would expect from a succulent slice of Italian history.

Terrapin Tiramisu-Hoo follows Maggie’s Blackberry Cobbler in the series. Look for it in 22 ounce bottles and draft for a limited time.

Alesmith Hawaiian Speedway Stout bottles sell out, draft coming soon

Your chance for Alesmith Hawaiian Speedway Stout bottles might have come and gone today, but there will draft at select bars and restaurants later in November.

Today (November 9th), tickets went on sale (and sold out) for Alesmith Hawaiian Speedway Stout bottles. The coffee-infused imperial stout features toasted coconut flakes, vanilla beans, and rare Ka’u coffee beans from Hawaii’s big island. A rare treat indeed.

Tickets came and went on Brown Paper Tickets today. Your next shot at this beer will be a bar or restaurant that sells Alesmith. Happy Hunting.

New Release: Left Hand Bittersweet Imperial Coffee Stout

Left Hand Bittersweet Imperial Coffee Milk Stout has joined the Longmont, Colorado brewery’s lineup.

The creation of Left Hand Bittersweet Imperial Coffee Milk Stout starts with something the brewery does best – milk stouts. The twist? Thornton, Colorado’s Allegro Coffee, particularly their mocha java blend.

This big stout gets aggressive with a boost from Allegro coffee’s exotic mocha java blend. The coffee’s dark cherry flavors and spicy undertones weave into the rich, milky sweet stout like a chocolate-covered espresso bean melting on your tongue. Bitter then sweet then better. It’s bittersweet.

Left Hand Bittersweet Imperial Coffee Milk Stout is available in 22 ounce bottles and draft.

Well, bully for you For all I know, you picked that up hanging out at some coffee megachain amid a microcosmic mishmash of vapid layabouts, metro—hipsters, and laptop—sporting exhibitionists trying to convince the world (and themselves) that they’re click—clacking out the great American—novel—cum—screenplay for a future summer blockbuster. I could surely teach you a they or two were I inclined…which For I’m NOT. Perhaps you’re eyeing my backside because you’re really into coffee. Nothing wrong there, but if you’ve come to me expecting some beery incarnation of your security blanket “me time” soyfrappelatti or similarly deity concoction, you’re in for some granite—sized disappointment. I do not exist to provide merely a comforting mode of conveyance for your jittery, caffeiuted futasies. Nothing about me is smooth, subtle or hat for comfort Those who should he holding this bottle (el route to opening and indulging in what awaits within) are really into NE. Get your cionanmenrochaccino fix elsewhere. This hue’s strictly for adult mm and women who don’t require the culinary crutch of added fat and sweeteners. My motto. Bold and brave or lot at all.
