Stone’s Sublimely Coming To 12oz Bottles

Stone Brewing Co’s Sublimely Self Righteous Ale will find small bottles this summer according to a local Stone rep. The game changing black IPA has previously only been available in 22 oz bombers and draft.  First brewed in 2007.

First brewed in 2007 as the Stone 11th Anniversary Ale, this ale was an instant hit. With us. Other folks with great taste loved it too, but we were focused on how much we liked it, and we felt it was truly sublime. That euphoria didn’t last long though, as it was soon replaced with the grim reality that when we sold out of it there wouldn’t be any more.

Updated:  You might see a “Motueka” designation Hoppy Bunny.  The beer is the same.  Despite the confusion, that designates the early batches.

Style: Black IPA
Availability: 12 oz bottles, Draft.

Ed note: Regardless of what they are currently calling American Black Ale/Black IPA, I use black IPA.  It simplifies it for the readers.
