“With the installation of our new 250-barrel brew house and the addition of a slew of fermentation tanks, we will finally be able to make enough beer so that we can sell it a little further south into Florida,” said Freddy Bensch, founder and Big Kahuna of SweetWater Brewing Company. “I’m personally looking forward to getting down there to see if the fishing is as good as I’ve heard!”

More offerings from SweetWater will follow shortly after. No distributors have been chosen yet.

At Samuel Adams we love experimenting. This series of limited edition brews represents some of our favorite small batch creations.

Wild Heaven Adds Capacity with Lazy Magnolia

Wild Heaven Craft Beers (Avondale Estates, GA) has recently addedLazy Magnolia (Kiln, MS) as a contract brewery. This move will allow a little more open-ended brewing creativity, while they plan the build out of their new brewery space. They will continue to brew at both facilities.  There is already beer in the tanks at Lazy Mag.

No word on new beers in the works, but as Nick Purdy of Wild Heaven has always told me “they are always on the horizon.”

note: Correction to earlier story. Wild Heaven hasn’t “switched” to Lazy Mag. They are brewing at both.
