Surly Brewing has overcome legislative issues preventing the build of their new destination brewery. This week, Surly tapped TEGRA Group, who has a portfolio including Target Field, Walker Art Center and more. The real estate group is assisting the brewery in choosing land for the build, and selecting architectural, and engineering firms.
