Stillwater Artisanal Ales Premium. A Post Prohibition Style Ale. Per Brian Stillwater: It’s a ‘Post Prohibition Style Ale’ comprised of pilsner, corn, and rice. Hopped with about 2lbs per bbl of Cluster, Northern Brewer, and Saaz. Fermented with a Farmhouse yeast along with 2 strains of Brettanomyces.
Style: Malted like a lager. Wild yeast fermented. So… ??? Farmhouse Ale?
