St. Feuillien Importing Grand Cru

Headed stateside soon is St. Feuillien Grand Cru.  A beer described as “extra blonde”  ale brewed specifically for taste. Here I am thinking all beer was brewed that way.  St. Feuillien is based in Le Roeulex, Belgium.  Interesting, the brewery was named for an Irish monk that was beheaded in the 7th century.  They have been operating since 1873.

Grand Cru is an extra blond beer crafted for sheer taste by St. Feuillien brewery. Grand Cru owes its strong character to secondary fermentation in the bottle, along with a quintessential blend of the most noble hops and the finest fermentation aromas.
