The folks at Spoetzl are working on a new pale offering – Shiner Red Hare Pale Ale. The 103 on the bottle collar leads me to believe this the next anniversary offering…
Wild Hare is a classic American Pale Ale – richly hopped, fruity and floral. Munich malt nicely balances the assertive character of the U.S. Golding and Bravo hop varieties that give this brew its signature bitterness and aroma. Hop to it!
Style: American Pale Ale
Availability: 12oz bottles, Draft

Thanks for reading the bottle haha!
Just tried it. Great color, nice floral and fruity aroma. Hopped but not so as to not have a couple/three. Has nice alcohol to real extract ratio. Flavorful, nice depth to it. Nicely done, Shiner!
When I watch a program on Hulu.com and have to sit through your horribly embarassing commercials. The commercials is so hokey I get embarassed watching it. I wouldn’t be caught dead drinking one of your beers after having to endure your pathetic attempt at a beer commercial. If your beer is as bad as your commercial it’s no wonder you are still in business!
“If your beer is as bad as your commercial it’s no wonder you are still in business!” That was so grammatically incorrect that I cant even come up with a witty response to do it justice. Fail.
hahah. funny. I actually emailed them the same thing. HORRIBLE commerical. the first time i saw it i smiled, but everytime after that i cringed. just sucked. not funny. and painful to watch. but thats just me i guess. but truth be told, I havent touched a shiner of any kind since that commerical. nice job shiner 🙂 hahah. lots of beers to choose from. drop the weak sauce commercial.
