Using cocoa in beer is nothing new to brewers, but it is traditionally added to a heavy stout or roasty porter in the form of chocolate. CocoaJoe Amber has been released in small test batches at Odell’s tasting room for now, and will be launched in an experimental variety pack if well-received.
