Odell Brewing has begun shipping Saboteur Brett Barrel Brown Ale, a brown ale aged in oak barrels with Brettanomyces. Saboteur is a part of the brewery’s Single Serve Series of beers.
“Brewed on a big chocolaty brown ale base, Saboteur was aged with a clean and fruity strain of Brettanomyces in oak to give it nice vanilla and brown sugar layers,” said Zach Turner, quality assurance manager for Odell Brewing. “This beer ages beautifully as the culture continues to yield more tartness and fruit.”
