It’s a little last minute, but tonight — at 6pm at Taco Mac Prado meet Jake Leinenkugel, fifth generation brewer and president of the Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company. Leinenkugel’s is based out of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, and one of the largest craft brewers in the upper Midwest. Leinenkugel’s has been brewing for 143 years.
Tonight in addition to meeting Jake Leinenkugel, Prado will be tapping the following —
Sunset Wheat — Witbier, 4.9% ABV. Sweet tasting, with hints of wheat. Fruity.
Berry Weiss — Fruit Beer, 4.7% ABV. Strong flavors of assorted berries. Wheat body.
1888 Bock — Bock, 5.1% ABV. Malty and Sweet. Hints of caramel. Crisp in finish.
Leiny Cream Dark — Dark Lager, 4.9% ABV. Notes of bitter chocolate & coffee. Subtle citrus.
