Rye and hops are in Lazy Magnolia Brewing Co’s future. Timber Beast should soon enter the on deck circle in Kiln, Mississippi. Timber is part of an impending Back Porch Series. Interestingly, Timber Beast isn’t “legal” for Mississippi yet. The new bill doesn’t go into effect until July 1, 2012. A recently bill signed into law will allow the states breweries to brew beer up to 8% alcohol by weight (or close to 10% ABV). It’s never too soon to prepare for the future right?
Timber Beast is the first in Lazy Magnolia’s Back Porch Series. A spicy, full-bodied Imperial Rye Pale Ale balanced with a generous dose of Zythos hops. Retreat to the Back Porch and be a little Lazy. Big Cheers Y’all.
Style: Imperial IPA (w/ Rye)
Availability: 12 oz bottles
Arrival: July 1st, 2012
8% ABV
Can’t wait…July is gonna be awesome
