Hershey Area Vineyard to Add Brewery

Looks like Central Pennsylvania is hoping to add another brewery to its lineup. The Vineyard at Hershey, which just celebrated their very successful first year, has filed paperwork with the PLCB to open ‘The Brewery at Hershey’.

Many homebrewers dream of turning their hobby into a career, and after outperforming 40 other applicants last year, DeLutis has done just that. The new brewery hopes to begin growing their own hops and locally sourcing as many ingredients as possible. No opening has been projected yet as they wait for official approval from the PLCB, but a celebration of the upcoming addition has been scheduled for April 12th from 6-9 pm. ‘

Tickets for the event are $20 in advance/$25 at the door and include tastings, music, and light snacks as well as the chance to meet DeLutis, his family, and the rest of the Vineyard/Brewery team.
