Harrisburg Blogger and Brewery Unite

Harrisburg’s Appalachian Brewing Company has paired up with Sara Bozich, local nightlife columnist and blogger (, to create the Bozich Black IPA. Sara, being a huge fan of IPAs, took this opportunity to work with owner Artie Tafoya to design a bold, hoppy Black IPA. The recipe called for 7 different types of hops and was then dry hopped with an eighth.

The beer will be available at all of their locations, and a launch party will be held at their Camp Hill location on March 7th to celebrate. Bozich Black IPA will be part of their Black Beer Series which will also include a Black Rye IPA and a Schwarzbier.
