Michael Payne used to work at Terrapin Brewing in Athens, Georgia. He’s currently the brewer at Brewer’s Pizza in Orange Park, Florida, the only brewpub in the county. Payne has announced plans to phase out the pizza business in the fall to pursue his own brewery.
