Brian’s a good guy. We like Brian. But, well,… that’s him over there. So you can imagine what happened when he decided to brew a Brown Ale for the 3rd Annual Olde Hickory Pro Am. He took a classic English-Style Brown Ale and gave it an American twist, via a ton of pecans. We like Brian. We love this beer.

Our Southern Belle is brewed with un-malted wheat and acidulated malts which make for a very bright and refreshing saison. Like many a Southern Belle she is both sweet and tart, smooth and brisk.
