SAMPLE OVER 100 DIFFERENT BEERS AT INAUGURAL BUCKHEAD BEER FEST
Do you know the difference between a lager & a stout? Do you enjoy an amber or a pale ale? Do you ask for the bartender’s advice when ordering because of all the new craft & import beers available? Now you can answer all these questions while having a great time and listening to live music at the 1st ever Buckhead Beer Festival. Your taste buds will experience one of the largest samplings of beers in Atlanta with over 100 domestic and international beers and wines. The festival will take place on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 1PM until 6PM in the parking lot of the Gold Room at Lindbergh City Center in Buckhead within a giant heated tent.
Atlanta’s favorite 80’s and 90’s cover band, Justin, will be headlining the entertainment along with party rock funk from Ian Schumacher who will be performing earlier in the day. As you walk around the event tasting an array of beers you will be able to chow down on some great food offerings from some of Atlanta’s best food trucks including Tex’s Tacos and The Pup Truck.
A portion of the proceeds benefit One Love Generation, a non-profit organization that empowers youth to inspire positive social change through art, service and awareness. The festival is hosted by Spiral Entertainment producer of some of Atlanta’s largest social events such as Luckyfest, Oysterfest, Spiralween, and the Brookhaven Beer Fest.
Event is limited to 3000 guests and admission includes a commemorative drinking glass. Tickets are available now in advance for $35-$50 by visiting the website at www.buckheadbeerfest.com. The price will increase as event draws near. The Lindbergh Marta Station is directly across the street from the Gold Room. Guests are encouraged to take public transportation or taxi cabs.
