Uinta Brewing will be celebrating 19 years with Birthday Suit Sour Cherry Ale. The brewery was founded in the winter of 1993 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Uinta has been 100% solar powered since 2001.
In the beginning, cherry tress shaded the beer garden. Resisting temptation no longer, we picked the fruit and let it ferment into a pleasantly sour an subtlety sweet ale to mark Unita’s 19th Birthday. A sinful pleasure for the experienced and adventurous palate.
