Saint Arnold 5 O’clock Pils debuts in cans

Saint Arnold 5′ O Clock Pils debuts in cans this month. The Houston, Texas based brewery believes some the greatest beers are born out of the simplest recipes.

Saint Arnold 5 O’clock Pils is indeed simple, at least in recipe. This new release is created with just Saaz noble hops, and pilsner malt. Part of the mash is for this beer is decocted, meaning some mash was removed, boiled and added back to the mash. This method allows the malt flavor to really shine in the finished beer.

This is the beer we enjoy every year in the Czech Republic when doing our Saaz hop selection. Only, we’ve added even more hops. It is a beer that can be enjoyed everyday of the year. You will never tire of it.
