Tomorrow, NoDa Brewing (Charlotte, NC) taps Belgian Snowglobe, a Belgian strong ale with Christmas spices. Clocks in at 8%, draft only. Here’s Sir Chad to tell you more.
NoDa Brewing (Charlotte, NC) and Mother Earth Brewing (Kinston, NC) are embarking on a new collaboration. The beer – a red saison is in the test batch phase at NoDa. The “red saison” is brewed with elderflower and apricots. Those in Charlotte, North Carolina can swing into NoDa for a sneak peek of the upcoming collaboration. NoDa’s version is called Word To Ya Mother, an 5.8% abv. Mother Earth’s dubbed The Henderson is lower ABV and clocks in at 5.4% ABV. Each is a tap room exclusive at the respective breweries, and could potentially turn into a full scale collaboration.

Chad gives us the ol’ one-two on this week’s NoDable beer. Announcing Thrilla’ in Vanilla: It’s a American Brown Ale with loads of Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Weighing in at around 6.0% ABV, this beer packs a punch but has a smooth finish. Come on in this week and get’it’on’
