Triple C Space Cadet Black IPA Returns

Triple C Brewing (Charlotte, NC) will be re-releasing Space Cadet Black IPA in time for fall, this time in 22oz bombers as well.

As black as space and bursting with hop aroma and flavor, this ale combines the two worlds of dark malts and aggressively tropical West Coast hops. Starting with a dank floral and citrus nose the first sip Is smooth chocolate and malt followed by the punch of spicy grapefruit, Amarillo hops. Space Cadet, drink one don’t be one.

Triple C Brewing Space Cadet Black IPA will be available in 22oz bombers and draft.

Unknown Brewing Starts Canning

The Unknown Brewing Company (Charlotte, NC) has completed (or is completing) their first ever canning run.

First up in cans is Over the Edge IPA.

Over the Edge takes a great balance of 5 grains and then ramps it up with West Coast hops that were born in the shadows of the cascades. We use these Hops in 7 different additions to create an adventure from the beginning of the sip all the way to the burp.

Unknown Over the Edge IPA is available in 12oz cans in the tap room starting today. Distribution to follow.

Anchor Brewing (San Francisco, CA) will soon introduce the seventh edition in the Zymaster Series soon.

The series, which debuted with California Lager, is a brewer driven series where the brewmaster researches, creates, and brings to fruition, a unique new offering for the brewery.

Potrero Hill Sour Mash IPA follows #6, Saareemaa Pale Ale.

Presumably, Sour Mash IPA is brewed a bit like a berliner weisse, where the brewer allows the mash to naturally sour in the tun for a day/days then completing the brewing process.

As with the previous offerings, Anchor Potrero Hill Sour Mash IPA will be available in 22oz bottles, and draft.

Ska Brewing Rocks New Session IPA

Ska Brewing (Durango, CO) is releasing Rudie Session IPA on August 2nd, 2014. The 4.5% ABV session IPA is aggressively hopped, but built for day drinking. Rudie Session IPA got its start a few years ago when the brewery started brewing lower alcohol beers for the Durango Film Festival. As the popularity of the hop forward, lower booze beer grew, Ska knew they were on to something.

12oz cans of Ska Rudie Session IPA arrives this August in time for Sesh Fest in Denver, Colorado.
