New Belgium Botanical Imperial IPA joins Hop Kitchen Series

New Belgium Botanical Imperial IPA is the latest entry in the brewery’s ongoing Hop Kitchen Series.

This draft only beer is an IPA brewed with Cascade, Sterling, Willamette hops, and a variety of garden grown botanicals, including basil, sage and juniper.

Then we intensified the citrusy, herbal and spicy hop flavors with a blast of essential oils from backyard botanicals basil, sage and juniper to create the freshest IPA around. A touch of dark caramel malt adds a nice cushiony bed to the sip before the beer transitions into a warming, dry finish. Taste the bounty of Botanical Imperial IPA.

New Belgium Botanical Imperial IPA is a draft only offering, in limited quantities across the brewery’s distribution network.

Rogue Cold Brew IPA features Stumptown Coffee Roaster’s 12 hour cold-brew coffee, and Rogue Farm grown hops and malts. The approach with this new IPA, is to create a beer that has a strong aroma of coffee, yet transitions seamlessly into an aromatic, hoppy IPA. A collision of two bold flavors that should please fans of both.

Rogue Cold Brew IPA will be a available in 22 ounce bottles and draft nationally in April, 2016.

Tasting notes: The IPA leads the charge in this beer, in aroma and initial flavor. The cold brew coffee is light from middle to finish. Fans of both will love this one.

Bissell Brothers i-Lucky returns March 15th

Bissell Brothers i-Lucky returns to the Portland, Maine based brewery’s lineup on March 16th.

The IPA, a homage to restaurant workers everywhere, is an IPA brewed with rice and ginger.

This ale bursts with soft lemon flavor from Sorachi Ace & Lemondrop hops, and is characterized by a brilliant ginger presence that is bright but not overpowering.

Green Man Wayfarer IPA marks the brewery’s first can

Green Man Wayfarer IPA is the Asheville, North Carolina brewery’s first canned offering. The seasonal is one of the brewery’s most popular seasonal releases in both bottle and draft in the past.

Green Man Wayfarer IPA is a Citra-forward beer, with Simcoe in the dry-hop.

Head brewer John Stuart formulated this IPA with loads of flavorful aroma hops and a pale malt bill. This allows for the Citra and Simcoe hops used in the dry-hop to shine through, creating bright notes of citrusy hops and a pleasant bitter finish.

Green Man Wayfarer IPA is now shipping in 12 ounce cans and draft in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennesse and Florida.

Epic and Ska Brewing team up on a barrel-aged peach IPA

Colorado breweries Epic Brewing and Ska Brewing will debut a new collaboration beer on March 19th – Skeptic Barrel-Aged Peach IPA.

The new beer encompasses each of the brewery’s individual strong points. In the case of Epic – barrel-aging and the fruit. For Ska, hops. The result – Skeptic Barrel-Aged Peach IPA.

We like to view the world with a rational eye, and that’s the beauty of this beer. Share it with a friend – discuss UFO’s, the existence of a soul, how could homing pigeons possibly have ESP, who shot JFK… One thing’s for certain: this collaboration between Epic and Ska, aged in Peach Street Peach Brandy Barrels, is something you can believe in.

Skeptic Barrel-Aged Peach IPA will debut at Collaboration Fest, put on by the Colorado Brewers Guild on March 19th. Distribution across Colorado, and parts of the U.S. to follow after.

This juicy, mysteriously hopped IPA is brewed for those who are ready to break the monotony, to dream, and to take control.

Orpheus Brewing The Rites was released on draft in mid-January. 12 ounce cans will be available in the taproom and distribution starting March 8th,
