Elevation Signal de Botrange returns, aged in Chardonnay
Elevation Signal De Botrange, the brewery’s wine barrel aged offering, is back on shelves again in March, 2016.
Named for the highest point in Belgium (2,277 feet) the beer is a farmhouse ale aged in Chardonnay barrels.
Eclectic and original, Elevation Signal De Botrange is our American interpretation of the farmhouse beers of Belgium. Signal pours a light amber color with notes of hay, oak, and Chardonnay. Aged for eight months in Chardonnay barrels from a prominent winery in Sonoma, this beautiful beer is perfect for summer imbibing.

Elevation Beer False Summit is a bourbon barrel aged, quadrupel, aged in Breck Distilling bourbon barrels.
“...False Summit, is a fantastic 11.1% ABV quadrupel and much more traditional then our Apis IV. We aged it in Breck Distilling Bourbon Barrels to give it nice subtle notes of vanilla, oak, and bourbon.”
