New Belgium Paardebloem Ready to Go

The latest  Lips of Faith beer from New Belgium is a collaboration with Red Rock Brewing called Paardebloem. As you can assume by the picture, this strong ale is brewed with dandelions along with peach juice and grains of paradise.

Using dandelion greens to bitter a Belgian-style ale blossomed from out brewers collaborating with Red Rock Brewing. This being our sixth interpretation together since 2008. Expect a wonderfully complex ale fermented with wild Belgian yeast and blended with just a touch of w0od-aged beer. Bitterness imparted from dandelion greens and grains of paradise will have you blowing wishes for sips.

A new collaboration is coming to New Belgium’s Lips Of Faith Series. Paardebloem pairs the Fort Collins based brewery with RedRock Brewery (Salt Lake, UT).

Using dandelion greens to bitter a Belgian-style ale blossomed from out brewers collaborating with Red Rock Brewing. This being our sixth interpretation together since 2008. Expect a wonderfully complex ale fermented with wild Belgian yeast and blended with just a touch of w0od-aged beer.
