Southern Gentleman is the Lazy Mag’s Southern Pecan Ale, aged in bourbon barrels. Southern Belle is created by taking Southern Pecan, and aging it in Pinot Noir barrels. Early spring release for this pretty lady.

Port Brewing Company adds their first new beer in 2 years with Board Meeting. This imperial brown ale clocks in at 8.5% ABV and is very hop-forward. Keeping true to their West Coast roots, the beer is features locally sourced coffee from Ryan Brother’s Coffee and cocoa nibs from local chocolatiers TCHO.
“Board Meeting offers the malty richness and assertive hop presence that you expect in an American brown ale, but enhanced with pronounced roasted coffee and bitter chocolate aromas and flavors,” Arthur said. “I think people will enjoy this beer by itself and at the table paired with meat dishes like pork, roasts and barbeque. I imagine it’d be pretty good washing down a sausage omelet at breakfast too.”
