Adding fermenters to a brewery is tricky business. You’re going to need a crane, concrete, and dry weather. What you see here are 200 barrel fermenters. (That’s 6,200 gallons of per at a time.)
In keeping with the rebranding efforts, Weyerbacher Insanity has gotten a makeover. Insanity is the brewery’s Blithering Idiot Barleywine aged in bourbon barrels.
