3 Sheeps opens Triple Taproom & Kitchen in Milwaukee

3 Sheeps Brewing opens Triple Taproom & Kitchen with Door Country Brewing and Hacienda Beer Co. this summer

Milwaukee’s East Side welcomed the Triple Taproom + Kitchen on July 10, a new collaboration between 3 Sheeps Brewing Co., Door County Brewing Co., and Hacienda Beer Co. Located at 2018 E. North Avenue, the reimagined former Hacienda Taproom + Kitchen unites three Wisconsin breweries in a communal space.

“This is a friendship taken to the next level. Having a dedicated space in Milwaukee lets us connect with fans who’ve supported us for twelve years,” – Grant Pauly, 3 Sheeps Brewing Founder

The 125-seat taproom features 10 rotating 3 Sheeps taplines, pouring core beers like Chaos Pattern Hazy IPA and Wisconsinitis Cream Ale, alongside seasonal, barrel-aged, and exclusive brews such as The Wolf and Lemongrass Pils. Door County and Hacienda are adding their own drafts and packaged beers, paired with Hacienda’s Texicana-inspired menu. Since 2020, 3 Sheeps has produced Door County’s beers and, more recently, Hacienda’s, making this shared space a natural extension of their partnership.

The Triple Taproom gives back through 3 Sheeps’ “Pints For A Purpose,” donating $1 per Wisconsinitis Cream Ale pint to local charities, starting with Kinship Community Food Center. Open Wednesday through Sunday, the venue plans a grand launch party for late summer or early fall.
