We fermented this magnificent assortment of ingredients with Sacc Trois for a monumentally juicy mouth-full of guava, mango and papaya that translates from taste-buds to brain as pure joy.

Nitro coconut, coffee & chocolate for Modern Times

Kicking off 2017 in smooth fashion – Modern Times Nitro Black House with Coffee, Coconut, & Cocoa.

The base beer is Black House, the brewery’s year-round oatmeal coffee stout, brewed with Ethiopian Hambela and Sumatran coffee. This special January 2017 release is not only nice and creamy thanks to the nitrogen, but also features coconut and cocoa.

This beer turned out absolutely outstanding, with a decadent mélange of chocolaty, coffee-laden radness laced with delicious notes of coconut, all wrapped up in a package so smooth and velvety, you’ll say, “Damn…that is extremely smooth and velvety.

Modern Times Nitro Black House with Coffee, Coconut, & Cocoa will be available across the brewery’s entire distribution area in early January.

You’ll find Modern Times Mage Hand to be a “hazy, enormously flavorful juice bomb.” That’s thanks to Chinook, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Equinox hops.

 We stuffed this miracle elixir with Chinook, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Equinox hops for an explosion of juicy, tropical dankness that is likely to elicit spontaneous high-fiving upon contact with the palate.

Attack Frequency was the first release in this special series.

Modern Times Mage Hand 16 ounce cans will be available on Brown Paper Tickets starting on Monday, September 19th, and 9 10 AM (PDT).

Modern Times Attack Frequency, a new special release can, debuts in August.

The San Diego brewer touts this newbie as “a mouthwatering tropical juice bomb” that is built on Citra, Amarillo, El Dorado, and Rakau hops.

…Taken to nigh-on-irresponsible levels of juiciness with the addition of guava and apricot. Seriously, we could spend paragraphs describing it, but how good did that just sound?

Modern Times Attack Frequency is the brewery’s first canned special release, coinciding with the Festival of Dankness the week of August 13th. The cans will be available at the brewery for the entire week.

Modern Times Mega Black House is big on coffee

Modern Times Mega Black House is the newest special release by the San Diego, California based brewery.

The base beer is the brewery’s year-round oatmeal coffee stout (Black House), amped up to an imperial level. Modern Times Mega Black House features a “preposterous” amount of coffee when compared to the year-round version, weighing in at 10% alcohol by volume.

This imperialized version of our celebrated Black House is loaded up with preposterous amounts of house-roasted coffee, which is a heavenly match for the huge, chewy malt profile underneath. This beer is best enjoyed in sips, with ample time to experience its beautiful, evolving complexity, and ample room to gesticulate wildly with pleasure.

Modern Times Mega Black House is available now in 22 ounce bottles in both taprooms and distribution.
