Lazy Magnolia’s Bourbon Barrel Aged Old Money

The south has a lot of “old money,” and it will soon have some more thanks to Lazy Magnolia Brewing Co. The Kiln, Mississippi brewery will add to their Debutante Series with a bourbon barrel aged imperial stout, Old Money.

Few things age as well as money in the bank and a fine brew in bourbon barrels – Old Money unites the legacy of both this rich imperial stout; aromatic with roasted barley, bittersweet malt flavors, and a warm southern finish. 

Look for Lazy Magnolia Old Money in 12oz bottles and draft.

Lazy Magnolia Has a New Imperial Stout This Winter

Lazy  Magnolia Brewing (Kiln, MS) has a new seasonal this winter, Black Creek Southern Style Imperial Stout. This stout touts flavors of coffee and chocolate, keeping you nice and toasty on a cold southern night.

Black as the bayou on a moonless winter night, our Southern Style Imperial Stout begins with aromas of dark chocolate and coffee, with a complexity of roasted barley and caramel flavors on the palate. With a deceptive light body, this Imperial Stout is sure to keep you warm on the coldest Southern winter night.

Lazy Magnolia is ready to debut their new summery, Belgian influenced offering — Backwoods Belgian. This new Belgian golden ale gets its deep south twist with the addition of honeysuckle. Also expect fruity flavors like orange, banana, and sweet honey.

Lazy Magnolia “Southern Belle” Debuts This Year

Lazy Magnolia (Kiln, MI) will be adding a partner for Southern Gentleman – Southern Belle. Belle is a perfect suitor for Gentleman, as they are cut from the same mold. Southern Gentleman is the Lazy Mag’s Southern Pecan Ale, aged in bourbon barrels. Southern Belle is created by taking Southern Pecan, and aging it in Pinot Noir barrels.  Early spring release for this pretty lady.
