Few times in the history of craft beer it has happened that a highly praised beer rises beyond mortal stardom into a higher godly league. Usually, the recipe to make such heavenly drops is thick fudge-like body, pitch black color, amazingly overwhelming, aromas of chocolate, coffee, dark fruits and muscovado sugar, obviously only made in limited amounts and most crucial of all – it must be rare!

The two breweries created a light & dark version of Roulette. Each beer was package with the same label. You don’t know which beer you bought until you crack the bottle. Beer roulette as it were. As Evil Twin says about this collaborative project: “Bust a cap and face your destiny.” Both versions of this beer were brewed at Amager Bryghus in Copenhagen, Denmark.
