Clown Shoe’s Blended, Barrel Aged Angry Beast

Clown Shoes Angry BeastThe pissed off dragon you see above is Clown Shoe’s Angry Beast, mentioned here a few weeks ago.  The brewery is taking some of their May, 2012 batch of Vampire Slayer (imperial stout, brewed with holy water) and blending it with barrel aged Blaecorn Unidragon.  The result you see above.  The dragon seen above is indeed the infamous Blaecorn Unidragon.  Just…angrier.

Hoppy Feet guy extinguished evil via a sharp stake through an undead chest.  Now, Blaecorn Unidragon, mad as hell, has expelled another blood sucker from Earth.  No, we do not like Vampires, but we love vampire slayer, which was blended with bourbon barrel aged Blaecorn Unidragon to beget Angry Beast.

Style: Imperial Stout (Barrel Aged)
Availability: 22oz bombers
Arrival: TBA

Clown Shoes Pimp Double Double Brown Ale

Next up for Clown Shoes will be a collaboration with Brash Brewing Company.  The first beer will be brewed in April.  This double double brown ale will be Pimp.  No really, it will be named Pimp.  This brew will be a double batch of a rich Belgian brown blended with a 10% ABV version of Brown Angel.

Also, be on the look out for Miracle.  This 5.5% ABV IPA is named after Mike Pettengill, a Clown Shoes delivery driver.  Look for these bomber bottles later this month.  Gregg from the brewery says…

When I asked Mike how he was going to explain to people why is on the label he said, “What do you mean? I’ll tell them because I‘m f*cking awesome.”
