Pi Pizzeria and Craft Beer House (Tulsa, OK) holds a license to sell “low-point” beer. Low point aka Three-Two, contains no more than 3.2% alcohol by weight- or 4% ABV.
“Through the sampling process, we sent those samples to the lab and did determine they were making an alcoholic beverage, not low-point beer,” said Erik Smoot, ABLE Commission agent.
All brewing equipment was seized and the manager was charged with with making and selling strong beer without a license.
BSJ Ed Note: WHO WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT STRONG BEER?
Q: Why doesn’t Texas break off into the Gulf?
A: Because Oklahoma sucks so much.
