DESCRIPTION:The Southern Gentleman Ultimate Whiskey Experience\, September 27th\nThe Southern Gentleman invites guests to experience a gastronomic journey during its Stellum Cask Strength Bourbon Dinner on Wednesday\, Sept. 27 at 6:30 p.m. This inaugural event is part of a monthly whiskey dinner series.\n \nRepresentatives from popular distilleries around the country will present their very best offerings. Executive chef Banks White is curating three- to five-course menus tailored to the specific flavor profiles of select bourbons\, whiskeys\, and ryes. Distillery representatives will guide guests through each of the courses and pairings.\n \nThe featured spirit for the Sept. 27 dinner will be Stellum Bourbon Single Barrel “Perseus A7.” The Stellum Spirits crew decided that this bourbon was too special and unique to be used in a blend and determined that it would be released on its own proprietary single-barrel experience.\n \nTickets are $66 each\, plus tax.
