DESCRIPTION:Fox Bros BBQ and Wild Heaven Beer are thrilled to announce the return of the beloved Hatch Chile Fest on Saturday\, August 23\, 2025.\nOne of the city’s favorite food and beverage events\, Hatch Chile Festival finds a new home at Fox Bros BBQ and Wild Heaven Beer’s newest location at Toco Hill. The one-day\, block party style festival celebrates the annual harvest of fresh Chiles from Hatch\, NM with Hatch chile inspired dishes and cocktails\, local beer\, and live music.\nVIP tickets ($85) which will include early entrance to the event beginning at 12 pm\, unlimited tastes and 2 drink tickets! \nGeneral admission ($45) will begin at 1 pm and include unlimited tastes. \nDrinks will be available at 3 bars and will include a special Hatch Chile Beer and cocktail features. \nOne hundred percent of ticket sales will go directly to Hogs for the Cause and will be distributed to families in Atlanta and the North Georgia market via a partnership with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. \nChildren eight years and younger are free. \nLive tunes provided by the always fun Britpop Band! \nMENU ANNOUNCED!\nNew Mexico style Smash Burger  \nSingle smash patty with hatch Chiles\, white onion\, shredded lettuce and hatch mustard on potato bun  \nSmoked and Crispy Carnita Taco \nMade with hatch Chile salsa\, diced onions and cilantro on a locally made hatch Chile corn tortilla \nHatch Chile “corn” dog \nA hatch Chile corn tortilla wrapped around a hot dog and fried smothered in hatch Chile sauce \nHatch Chile Cheese Fries \nWaffle fries smothered in hatch Chile queso\, hatch Chile sauce\, and hatch Chile pico de gallo  \nBeef Fat Potato Bun \nMade with smoked pork\, hatch chile and cheese inside and served with a Hatch Chile Mustard BBQ sauce. \nAnd For Dessert…. \nApple and Hatch Chile Dr Pepper Spice cake with caramel sauce and whipped cream
