Get ready to feel the burn friends.This is a two part show down of two very different skills sets. \nThe first part of this competition is for lovers of all things HOT. Make your own hot sauce at home? Come on out. Make hot sauce for a brand or restaurant? We want to see you too. \nThe second part of the day will focus on our food lovers with a hot dog eating competition held in the beer garden. Competitors will have 5 minutes to eat as many hot dogs as possible. That’s it! Think you’ve got the stomach for it? Sign up today.Our staff will be choosing 25 Hot Sauce Competitors and 20 Hot Dog Eating Competitors for this competition so make sure to tell us why you think you should be entered on your registration forms. \nCompetitors will be judged in the following categories:\n– Best Overall\n– People’s Choice\n– Hottest Sauce*\n– Best Orpheus Beer-Infused Sauce*\n– Spirit Award (because we’re going to need y’all to deck those tables out).*\n– And of course\, our Hot Dog Eating Champion Award.\n*If applicable. \nThe hot sauce will begin flowing at 1 p.m. with our Hot Dog Eating Competition to follow at 3:30 p.m. \nRegistration is now open through 10/29/21 for our Hot Sauce Making and Hot Dog Eating Competitions. \nWant to join in?
