Svetlana Joins White Birch Apprentice
White Birch Brewing (Hooksett, NH) has another entry in the Apprentice Series Program. The program runs 6 months, 1 day a week. The apprentice learns how to brew & repeat batches, create a recipe to be commercially brewed, study beers in that style, perfect that beer, and then commercially brew/launch that beer.
Label:
The White Birch Brewing Apprentice Series is the culmination of months of hard work and fun.
Mike Boulerice was our second apprentice brewer. For his professional debut he brewed with Natasha, a Russian Imperial Stout aged on oak chips. He also brewed a second batch we call Svetlana. After a year of cabin fever, she is ready for her public debut. Rich, full bodied and wild.
We think it was worth the wait and hope you enjoy this beer as much as we do.
