To commemorate the night, we’ve had a special nonic style pint glass made that features both the White Birch Brewing logo as well as the Memory Ride logo. We are asking for a donation at the door of $5 for a flight of beer samples or $10 for a flight of beer samples and the commemorative nonic pint glass. Don’t miss this great time as we raise money for a great cause with a great beer.
Friday, June 15th from 6-8 p.m.
White Birch Brewing (Hooksett, NH) just launched a new beer & new series last evening. The Small Batch Series will feature creative brews based on the vision of the brewmasters. First up: Ben’s Sour Rye Wine Ale.
The first in our Small Batch Ale series was brewed by our Brewery Assistant Benjamin Martin. Ben’s Sour Rye Wine Ale is a copper colored, full bodied barley with a tart aroma. Flavors of fig and a little barnyard are complimented by a spicy rye bite. Combining tart, spicy and sweet, this wild rye wine is a treat to the adventurous palate.

White Birch Brewing (Hooksett, NH) Hop To Wit. A new summer offering out of New England. To be bottled in May, 2012.
Heat, humidity, lazy dogs, the regrettable bathing suit. Welcome to summer, my friends; that yard isn’t going to mow itself. That’s why, when we brewed Hop To Wit, we brewed it for you: the lawn warrior, the frisbee thrower, the backwoods trail hiker. An American twist on a classic summer style, this flavorful Belgian-style Witbier is packed with juicy hops for just the right kick. So go ahead, teach that lawn who’s boss. We’ll be right here waiting for you; we’ve got all day. We hope you enjoy this unique beer.

White Birch Brewing debuts Barrel Aged Total Chaos today. Per the brewery –
This afternoon we debut our Total Chaos beer. This imperial porter was fermented in and aged in a Cabernet barrel. We brewed this with some friends and it’s been aging since May 2011. We’re psyched with how it came out and hope you will be too. cheers”
