Southern Tier’s New Big Bottle
Southern Tier Brewing (Lakewood, NY) has a new Belgian-style IPA coming your way. Tier de Garde celebrates the teamwork of tandem biking, or for that matter, tandem drinking, with a hoppy offering with grapefruit peel.
Being on the street at bicycle pace is an experiential way of seeing the world. All senses are tuned. Every revolution moves the rider closer to the destination. Pedaling with friends is a social event and an exercise in teamwork. Similarly, the ingredients in the bottle work together to reach an end. This big bottle is an easy invitation to raise a glass in celebration.
You’ll find Southern Tier Tier de Garde in big bottles for easy sharing. Tier’s artwork falls in line with two other recent releases by the brewery – Sonnet, and Grand Arbor.

Southern Tier Releases “Fuse Box”
Southern Tier Brewing (Lakewood, NY) has just released a new mixed pack dubbed Fuse Box. What is unique about this offering, that one of the offerings is a brewery derived “blend” between two or more of their current offerings to make a “fuse” or “fuses”.
Each pack has 4 bottles of IPA, Porter, and their latest fuse creation, PMX. This fuse is a bottle conditioned version of Phin & Matt’s Extraordinary Ale.

Southern Tier’s New Sonnet
Southern Tier Brewing (Lakewood, NY) would like to sing you a Sonnet, in the form of a saison. You’ll be drinking it soon enough.
Sonnet is brewed with lemongrass, and bottled conditioned. You’ll find the artwork resembles another recent release by Southern Tier – Grand Arbor.
A majestic place is hidden from view, reachable by only the most intrepid and faithful travelers. Sometimes serendipitously, othertimes surreptitiously, the discovery is always transformative. Aloft, ever higher toward the reward of seeing what those bound to the Earth cannot.

Southern Tier Creates Maple Sugar Farmhouse Ale
Something a little different from Southern Tier Brewing Company (Lakewood, NY). Grand Arbor is a culinary collaboration with Big Tree Maple Farm right next to the brewery.
Southern Tier uses maple syrup from the farm to create a unique Belgian-style farmhouse ale.
This beer is bottle conditioned and will arrive in 750ml bottles.

Southern Tier’s Newest Pumpkin Offering Arrives
Southern Tier’s second pumpkin offering of the season is hitting shelves. Pumking, easily one of the most talked about pumpkin beers in craft beer came out in July.
Warlock compliments Pumking, as an imperial stout brewed with pumpkin. It boasts a big roasted malt flavor and aromas of pumpkin pie. Limited offering in 22’s and draft.

Southern Tier Brewing Company (Lakewood, NY) will release two pumpkin based beers this fall. Pumking (that needs no introduction) and new Warlock Imperial Stout.
Warlock is brewed to enchant your palate on its own & also to counterpoint our Imperial Ale Pumking. Make your own black magic by carefully pouring this imperial stout into a goblet.
