Ninkasi Expo 58 Seasonal Released
Ninkasi Expo 58, a Belgian-style golden pale ale has been released by the brewery. Ninkasi’s brewers love of Belgian style beers made bottling this beer an easy choice.
The brewery describes Expo 58 to be a bit like a tripel, but more sessionable. (Lower ABV.) It has a spicy aroma, and the taste has hints of clove.
Marking the return of the World’s Fair after World War II, Expo 58 in Brussels brought inspiration, innovation and pleasure to the people of Belgium. With all the flavor, finesse, smoothness, and subtle clove esters of Belgian-style ales, this beer is our way of emerging from winter’s cold occupation. Enjoy!

This is Ninkasi’s Beer Rocket [Now with Launch]
This week, Ninkasi Brewing is sending yeast to space to check viability in cold/weightless environments. The big idea, is to not only brew a terrestrial beer using the space yeast, but perhaps one day brew a full beer in space.
This rocket will shoot the yeast into orbit at 5x the speed of sound (at sea level, that’s 1,701.45 m/s or 3806.04 mph. 16 strains are aboard the rocket.

Ninkasi’s Dinosaur of Hops: Tricerahops in New Bottle
Ninkasi Brewing Company’s Flagship Series offering Tricerahops, will finally be available in 12oz, 4 packs this July. This is in addition to the 22oz bottles the beer is currently available.
Double IPAs are noted for their hop profiles. Earthy, floral hop aroma and flavor are abundent in Tricerahops. The bigger body and higher alcohol balance the large volume of hops to create a beer that is very flavorful while still being balanced and drinkable. At 8 percent ABV the beer can be deceiving as it is very smooth.
