Mother Earth debuts vanilla ice cream inspired cream ale

Mother Earth Cali Creamin' Can

A successful year-round cream ale now inspired by a frosty popsicle. Mother Earth Creamin’ Creamsicle debuts year-round.

Mother Earth Brew Co. has a wildly successful cream ale – Cali Creamin’. It’s not often you find a brewery with a cream ale as their top seller. Building on that success, the brewery has launched a dessert-themed counterpart, Creamin’ Creamsicle.

The base is the familiar cream ale, with a dose of vanilla beans, and creamier thanks to lactose milk sugar.

Cali Creamsicle features hints of vanilla and a distinct citrus cream flavor that finishes slightly sweeter than it’s Cream Ale counterpart. Just as refreshing, just as iconic.

Mother Earth Creamin’ Creamsicle will be available in 12-ounce cans and draft year-round in late August 2019.

Style: Cream Ale (w/ Vanilla Beans. Lactose.)
Hops: Warrior
Malts: Pale 2-Row, Light Crystal, Flaked Corn, Dextrin, Honey Malt, Flaked Oats, Acidulated

Availability: 12oz Cans, Draft. Year-Round

Debut: Late August 2019

5% ABV, 18 IBUs

Mother Earth debuts a hazy collaboration with Fremont Brewing

Mother Earth 4 Seasons Hazy IPA

When Mother Earth Brew Co. teams up with Seattle taste giant Fremont Brewing, expect a damn good beer.

First, let’s talk about the series. Four times a year, Mother Earth releases a seasonal beer, tied to the Earth’s four-ish seasons. (In the south, real winter is debatable. Don’t even get us started on whatever Florida calls seasons.)

For these hot months, Mother Earth Brew Co. and Fremont created a hazy IPA, that’s every bit the juice and haze you’d expect from the duo. Summer is a great time to debut this release, after all, the teams met originally on a fishing trip.

Further tying this beer to summer is an array off really rare hops (not grown in abundance), including African Queen from South Africa. The malt comes from a farmer-owned cooperative, LINC Malt out of Spokane, WA. We might be running a little low on descriptors for hazy IPAs so le us simply leave you with this. Don’t miss this release. You really CAN stand out in a crowded world of hazy beers, and Mother Earth and Fremont proved it.

Mother Earth 4 Seasons Hazy IPA is a limited summer seasonal in 16-ounce cans and draft. Don’t sleep on it.

Style: Hazy IPA
Hops: African Queen, Galaxy, Mosaic Cryo, El Dorado
Malts: 2 Row, Dextrin, Golden Naked Oats, Unmalted Wheat

Availability: 16oz Cans, Draft. Limited Release.
Debut: June 2019

7.5% ABV, 45 IBUs

First Bottles For Mother Earth Brew Co

The first bottling run by Mother Earth Brew Co. (Vista, CA) will be Primordial IPA.  The bottling has been done by Left Coast Brewing.  Mother Earth will be holding their 1st Anniversary Party on May 1st, where the bombers will go on sale for the first time. (Mother Earth is calling this a relaunch of Primordial.  From the looks of it, BA & RateBeer have about 3 ratings on this IPA)

About Primordial:
Constituting a beginning; giving origin to something derived or developed; original.” Need we say more?

True to its Imperial roots! This brew clocks in at 9.5% ABV, and over 100 IBUs! It is made with four varieties of grains resulting in a bold dark amber color and four varieties of hops, creating a subtle citrus aroma, and bitter, hoppy finish. Winner of a gold medal at the 2009 Santa Cruz National Organic Challenge, this recipe surely will not disappoint.

Style: Imperial IPA

Availability: 22oz bombers, draft. Limited to California.

9.5% ABV
